What are you carrying today?
Sometimes life is heavy. You may not even know what to call what you’re feeling. Start with the thing that feels closest to where you are right now.
I feel alone
You may feel forgotten, but you are not invisible to God.

You are not forgotten. God sees you. God cares about what is happening in your life. And you can talk to Him honestly.
You may feel forgotten.
God has not forgotten you.
Loneliness can happen even when other people are around. You may feel like nobody really understands what you are carrying or notices what is happening inside you.
But God sees more than what everyone else sees. He knows your thoughts, your fears, your questions, and the things you do not know how to explain.
Jesus understands what it feels like to be rejected, misunderstood, abandoned, and alone. You can talk to Him exactly as you are. You do not have to pretend that everything is okay.
Talk to God honestly.
You can simply say, “God, I feel alone. Please help me know that You are here.”
Let someone in.
If there is a trusted friend, family member, pastor, teacher, or another safe person in your life, tell them how you are feeling.
Remember what is true.
Feelings are real, but they are not always the whole story. God says you are known, valued, and loved.
A simple prayer
“God, I feel alone right now. Sometimes it feels like nobody understands. Help me remember that You see me and that I matter to You. Give me courage to reach out to someone I can trust. Please remind me that I am not alone. Amen.”
Fear can feel big.
God is bigger.
Sometimes your mind keeps racing. You replay what might happen, what could go wrong, or what you cannot control.
Fear is real, but you do not have to let it lead you. God invites you to bring your worries to Him and trust that He is with you even when you cannot see what comes next.
Trusting God does not mean pretending that nothing is wrong. It means remembering that your fear is not the only thing that is true. God is still present. God still cares. God can still guide you.
Tell God what you are afraid of.
Be specific. You do not have to sound spiritual. Just tell Him what is worrying you.
Focus on the next step.
You may not know how everything will work out. Ask God to show you what you can do today.
Remember you are not alone.
Talk with someone you trust. Fear often grows in silence.
A simple prayer
“God, I am worried about things I cannot control. You know exactly what I am afraid of. Help me trust You today. Give me wisdom for what I can do, courage for what I need to face, and peace about what I need to leave with You. Amen.”
Home can be hard.
You do not have to carry it all.
Families go through difficult seasons. There may be arguing, money problems, sickness, separation, addiction, stress, or things you do not know how to fix.
When the people around you are hurting, it can make you feel scared, angry, confused, or responsible for making everything better. But some problems are too big for one person to carry.
God sees what is happening in your home. He cares about you and the people you love. You can ask Him for help, wisdom, peace, and the courage to take the next right step.
Talk to God about what is happening.
You can tell Him the truth — even if you are angry, confused, or do not understand why things are happening.
Talk to someone safe.
A trusted relative, teacher, pastor, counselor, coach, or other caring adult may be able to help you carry what is happening.
Do what you can. Release what you cannot.
You can choose kindness, honesty, prayer, and wise decisions. You cannot control every person or every situation.
A simple prayer
“God, You know what is happening in my family. Some of it hurts and some of it I do not understand. Please protect the people I love. Give us wisdom, peace, and help. Show me what I should do and help me trust You with the things I cannot change. Amen.”
Your past does not have to define your future.
Everyone has things they wish they could undo. Maybe you hurt someone, made a bad decision, broke trust, or ended up somewhere you never thought you would be.
Shame tells you that your worst moment is who you are. God says something different.
God does not ignore sin, but He offers forgiveness. Jesus came so guilt does not have to be the end of your story. You can be forgiven, changed, and begin again.
Be honest about what happened.
Stop hiding from God and from the truth. Confession is not about humiliation. It is about bringing what is wrong into the light.
Ask God for forgiveness.
You do not have to earn His mercy. Jesus already paid the price for your sin.
Make things right where you can.
If you hurt someone, apologize. If something can be repaired, take responsibility and begin repairing it.
Keep moving forward.
Grace does not mean your choices do not matter. It means your failure does not have to be the final word.
A simple prayer
“God, I have made mistakes and I am sorry. You know what I have done and what I wish I could change. Please forgive me. Help me make things right where I can, learn from what happened, and become the person You created me to be. Thank You that my past does not have to be the end of my story. Amen.”
Your value is not decided by other people.
It is easy to measure yourself by what other people think. How you look. What you have. How successful you are. Whether you fit in. Whether someone chooses you.
But none of those things determine your worth. Your value begins with something much deeper: you were created by God, you are known by God, and you are loved by God.
God knew you before anyone knew your name. He knows the parts of you that other people see and the parts nobody else knows. Your life is not an accident or a mistake.
Stop letting comparison decide your worth.
Someone else’s appearance, popularity, possessions, talents, or success does not make your life less valuable.
Remember who made you.
You were created in the image of God. That gives every human life dignity and value.
Remember who knows you.
God knows the real you — your strengths, weaknesses, questions, hopes, fears, and mistakes — and He has not turned away.
Remember who loves you.
God’s love is not something you win by being good enough, attractive enough, successful enough, or religious enough. He loved you first.
A simple prayer
“God, sometimes I don’t feel like I matter. Help me stop seeing myself only through the eyes of other people. Help me see myself the way You see me. Remind me that You made me, You know me, and You love me. Show me the purpose You have for my life and help me become the person You created me to be. Amen.”
You do not need the whole plan.
You need the next step.
Sometimes the hardest part of life is not knowing what comes next. You may be facing a decision, a change, a loss, a new opportunity, or simply a season where nothing feels clear.
It can be tempting to think you need to understand your whole future before you can move forward. But faith often looks much simpler than that.
God may not show you everything that is coming. But you can ask Him for wisdom, make the best decision you know to make, and keep walking with Him.
Ask God for wisdom.
Tell Him what you are trying to decide and ask Him to help you see clearly.
Do the next right thing.
You may not know where the road ends. Start with what you already know is wise, honest, loving, and good.
Seek wise counsel.
Talk with people who know God, know you, and care enough to tell you the truth.
Do not be afraid to move.
Sometimes we wait for perfect certainty that never comes. You can make a thoughtful decision and trust God to keep guiding you.
A simple prayer
“God, I do not know what to do next. Please give me wisdom and help me see the next step. Close the doors I should not walk through and give me courage to walk through the ones I should. Help me trust You even when I cannot see the whole road ahead. Amen.”
